§ 2371a. Establishment of trade adjustment assistance for communities program
Not later than August 1, 2009, the Secretary shall establish a trade adjustment assistance for communities program at the Department of Commerce under which the Secretary shall—
(1)
provide technical assistance under section
2371c of this title to communities impacted by trade to facilitate the economic adjustment of those communities; and
(2)
award grants to communities impacted by trade to carry out strategic plans developed under section
2371e of this title.
