68-121-115. Penalties for violations of chapter or permit fee requirements.
(a) Any person, firm or corporation that violates any of the provisions of this chapter or the rules and regulations adopted by the board, or who fails or neglects to pay the fees as required in this chapter, commits a Class C misdemeanor.
(b) The fee for any inspection or operating permit under this chapter shall be increased fifty percent (50%), if such fee is not paid within sixty (60) days from the date of the invoice for such inspection or permit.
(c) Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (a) to the contrary, any person who knowingly makes a false statement, representation, or certification in an application, record, report, or other document filed or required to be maintained under this chapter shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.
