50-13-5. Landing without consent as misdemeanor--Exception--Liability for damages. The landing of an aircraft on the lands or waters of another, without his consent, is a Class 2 misdemeanor, except in the case of a forced landing. The owner or lessee of an aircraft or its aeronaut is liable for damages caused by a forced landing, as provided in § 50-13-6.
