27-1014 - Authority to promulgate rules and regulations.

§ 27-1014. Authority to promulgate rules and regulations.    In  addition  to  the  authority  of  the commissioner, under sections  27-1009 and 27-1013 of this title, the commissioner shall have the power  to promulgate rules and regulations necessary and  appropriate  for  the  administration of this title.
