Authority to commence business, when, how issued.
379.075. When the incorporators have fully complied with therequirements of sections 379.010 to 379.070 and the laws of this stategoverning the organization of private corporations, and such corporation hastransferred to and deposited with the director of the department of insurance,financial institutions and professional registration of this state the amountrequired by section 379.098 it shall be the duty of the director to furnishthe association a certified copy of the certificate of such deposit and hiscertificate of authority for them to commence the business proposed in thecharter, and a certified copy of the aforesaid declaration and certificates,which, on being filed and recorded in the office of the recorder of the countyin which the association is to be located, shall be its authority to commencebusiness and issue policies; and such certified copies of the declaration,certificate of authority and certificate of deposit may be used in evidencefor or against such company, with the same effect as the originals.
