Division employees to be trained.
210.180. Each employee of the division who is responsible for theinvestigation or family assessment of reports of suspected child abuse orneglect shall receive not less than forty hours of preservice training on theidentification and treatment of child abuse and neglect. In addition to suchpreservice training such employee shall also receive not less than twentyhours of in-service training each year on the subject of the identificationand treatment of child abuse and neglect.
