Program shall be self-supporting--sources of revenues--use ofrevenues.

167.310. A district's extended day child care programshall be self-supporting. The district may use as funds tosupport its program state aid received according to sections167.290 to 167.310; fees charged to parents and guardians,except as waived according to section 167.306; gifts, grants orother bequests from private sources received for the purposes ofsections 167.290 to 167.310; any federal or local government aidappropriated for the purposes of sections 167.290 to 167.310; orlocal district revenues. No district may use for matching fundsfor participation in this program or for the operation of anextended day child care program any state aid received for anyother purpose, nor shall a district use moneys in the teachers'fund for the payment of salaries to personnel employed in anextended day child care program.
