Chapter 44.--LABOR AND INDUSTRIES Article 9.--BOILER INSPECTION

44-930. Severability.If any provisions of this act or the application thereof to any person orcircumstances is held invalid the invalidity does not affect otherprovisions or applications of the act which can be given effect withoutthe invalid provisions or application and to this end the provisions ofthis act are severable.
