165.5 - NONRIGHT TO RECEIVE COMPENSATION.

        165.5  NONRIGHT TO RECEIVE COMPENSATION.
         Any animal retained, under section 165.4, by the owner for ninety
      days after it has been adjudged infected with tuberculosis shall not
      be made the basis of any claim for compensation against the state.
