165.27 PENALTY.
Any owner of dairy or breeding cattle in the state who prevents,
hinders, obstructs, or refuses to allow a veterinarian authorized by
the department to conduct such tests for tuberculosis on the owner's
cattle, shall be deemed guilty of a simple misdemeanor. Section History: Early Form
