165.13 - TUBERCULIN.

        165.13  TUBERCULIN.
         The department shall have control of the sale, distribution, and
      use of all tuberculin in the state, and shall formulate rules for its
      distribution and use.  Only a licensed veterinarian shall apply a
      tuberculin test to cattle within this state.
