163.20 GLANDERS.
No owner or person having charge of any animal, knowing the same
to be affected with glanders, shall permit such animal to be driven
upon any highway, and no keeper of a public barn shall knowingly
permit any animal having such disease to be stabled in such barn. Section History: Early Form
