162.10 RESEARCH FACILITY REGISTRATION.
A person shall not operate a research facility unless the person
obtains a certificate issued by the secretary. The certificate
expires one year from date of issue. Application for the certificate
shall be made in the manner provided by the secretary. A fee is not
