On April 29, 2009, the body of a newborn baby was found inside of a garbage bag, abandoned in a wooded area near Lone Road in the Township of Teresa. The infant was a full-term baby girl weighing approximately 8 pounds. A metallic blue Dodge Shadow with a black hood, possibly a 1993 model, was seen in the area of the baby’s recovery. Witnesses worked with a sketch artist at the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office to create a composite image of the driver, which is shown at right. It is unknown if this individual was male or female. The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office also provided a composite image of the deceased infant, which is shown at left. |
