On January 30, 2007, this unidentified male was found near 7328 Joplin Drive in Seat Pleasant, Prince George’s County, Maryland. The decedent was estimated to be between 17 and 27 years of age, and he was believed to have been deceased for only hours prior to his discovery. He was wearing a red stocking type hat, a black thermal shirt, a multi-colored long-sleeve shirt, a red hooded sweatshirt with "Washington DC" on the front, blue/gray plaid boxer shorts, blue jeans with a black belt, and a second pair of blue jeans with a black belt. His left earlobe was pierced and he had sparse razor stubble on his face. The decedent also had scattered scars on his knees and a scar on the right side of his abdomen, near his navel.
