On June 29, 2001 at approximately 4:45 AM, the Sacramento Fire Department located the remains of a badly burned female in a dumpster just off Power Inn Road. The victim remains unidentified. She had been wrapped or was carried in a comforter and may have been wearing “Structure” brand jeans at the time of her death. Her teeth were very well cared for in that there were no dental fillings, plastic/composite sealants were applied to the teeth, and all four anterior premolars were missing. The victim had a broken nose in the past. She was estimated to be in her late teens or early 20’s. A composite image is provided to show what the victim may have looked like in life. |
