On September 25, 1998, the body of an unidentified child was located along Industrial Drive near Mebane, North Carolina. The boy was estimated to be between 10 and 11 years of age. He was wearing “Fox Polo Club” brand khaki shorts, size 3 “2XS Sports” brand black and white athletic shoes, and white tube socks. He had sealant on the surfaces of some teeth. The image on the right is a composite created by a forensic artist at the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.
