On July 23, 1991, the remains of an unidentified deceased child were found inside a blue and white Igloo brand cooler. The cooler was found down an embankment off the South side of the Henry Hudson Parkway in New York City. The location was approximately ¼ mile south of the toll booths, north of the Dyckman Street exit. The child was estimated to be between 3 and 5 years of age at the time of her death. She had a light complexion and may have been Caucasian or Hispanic. The child weighed approximately 25 pounds, but was malnourished at the time of her death. She was between 2’-09” and 3’-03” in height. Her hair was in a ponytail secured with an elastic hair band with 2 yellow balls.
