On November 2, 1979, this unidentified male was struck and killed by a car driven by a drunk driver. The victim had been walking northbound on SR-9 at South Commercial Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale, Broward County, Florida at the time he was struck. He was estimated to be between 16 and 20 years of age, and was wearing trousers, shoes and socks (no further description available). The victim was with another male who was later identified. An artist’s composite of the victim was provided by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, and is shown at left. |
