This unidentified female was found off the roadway in the 5600 block of Dogwood Road in Woodlawn, Baltimore County, Maryland. The decedent was estimated to be in her late teens or early twenties. She had shoulder length brown hair and had a crude tattoo on her upper right arm, near her shoulder, and a 1-1/2"scar on her left thigh. The tattoo contained initials that were either JP, JS, JD, JB -or- SP, SS, SD, SB. The decedent may have suffered from symptoms of schizophrenia.She was wearing a white/beige pullover short-sleeve top, Levi beige/yellow jeans, a white bra, a brown shoe, and a rawhide string necklace with a turquoise blue bead (pictured). The decedent was carrying two keys that were attached together with a safety pin; one key was for a night latch and the second appeared to be a house key.
