The Homicide Victim was discovered in a yard at the 3200 Block of Ravenwood Avenue, in North East Baltimore City, Maryland near the railroad track on August 16, 2002. However, it is very likely that the death occurred earlier. The estimated date of death is unknown due to the extensive decomposition of the remains. Estimated age of the victim is early 20's.
