Southern Pacific Co. v. Arizona

Southern Pacific Company v. State of Arizona 325 U.S. 761, 65 S.Ct. 1515, 89 L.Ed. 1915 (1945), was a case which found that the Arizona's Train Limit Law imposes stiff burden on the railroad industry. The Train Limit Law of 1912 made it illegal for any person or corporation to use the state railroad train that has more than fourteen passenger cars or seventy freight cars.
