PROMULGATING AMENDMENTS TO THE RULES OF THE MINNESOTA STATE BOARD OF CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION
O R D E R
By order dated January 23, 2003, the Court ordered the Minnesota State Board of Continuing Legal Education to submit a proposal for amendment to the Rules of the Minnesota State Board of Continuing Legal Education broadening the standards for course approval to allow approval for CLE credit of courses and course matter related to the professional development of lawyers. The Minnesota State Board of Continuing Legal Education has recommended certain amendments.
