The Director of the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility has filed a petition for disciplinary action alleging that respondent Christopher Decker Gerrard committed professional misconduct warranting public discipline, namely, engaging in the unauthorized practice of law while on suspension for failure to pay the attorney registration fee and on involuntary restricted status for failing to comply with continuing legal education requirements, in violation of Rule 5.5(a), Minnesota Rules of Professional Conduct (MRPC), and failing to cooperate with the Director |
