JUSTICE RAPP delivered the opinion of the court: A jury found defendant, Priest D. Little, guilty of aggravatedunlawful restraint (720 ILCS 5/10--3.1(a) (West 1998)), unlawfuluse of weapons (720 ILCS 5/24--1(a)(4) (West 1998)), armed robbery(720 ILCS 5/18--2(a) (West 1998)), armed violence (720 ILCS 5/33A--2 (West 1998)), and home invasion (720 ILCS 5/12--11(a)(1) (West1998)). The trial court entered judgment on only the armedviolence conviction and sentenced defendant to 22 years'imprisonment.
