Defendants, Michael Rosenwinkel, Tamara Rosenwinkel, John Rosenwinkel, and SusanRosenwinkel, appeal orders entered by the circuit court of Kendall County imposing fines (No. 2--03--1216) and ordering the removal of a grain bin (No. 2--03--1028) that was constructed too close toa roadway in violation section 7.00(H)(3)(b) of the Kendall County zoning ordinance (KendallCounty Zoning Ordinance
