Defendant Cayetano Marsh appeals from an order of the circuitcourt entering judgment upon a jury's verdict finding him guilty offailing to report a change of his address in compliance with theSex Offender Registration Act (Act) (730 ILCS 150/6 (West Supp.2000)) and sentencing him to four years' imprisonment.
