Plaintiff, Millie Kotvan, brought this action for medical negligence againstdefendants, Kent Kirk, an ophthalmologist, and Kirk Eye Center (KEC). Plaintiffalleged that Dr. Kirk failed to timely diagnose and treat an infection thatplaintiff developed after cataract surgery. The jury returned a verdict in favorof the defendants.
