On October 1, 2000, Dane Taylor was arrested at his home at4153 N. Ashland, Chicago, Illinois, and charged with unlawfuldischarge of a firearm, possession of a firearm without a FirearmOwners Identification Card (FOID card), and three counts ofpossession of an unregistered firearm.
