Standard forms are illustrated in this § 101-30.4901 to show their text, format, and arrangement and to provide a ready source of reference. The subsection numbers in this § 101-30.4901 correspond with the Standard form numbers.
(b)
Standard forms illustrated in this § 101-30.4901 may be obtained by submitting a requisition in FEDSTRIP format to the GSA regional office providing support to the requesting activity.
