408.202—Effluent limitations guidelines representing the degree of effluent reduction attainable by the application of the best practicable control technology currently available.
Except as provided in §§ 125.30 through 125.32, any existing point source subject to this subpart shall achieve the following effluent limitations representing the degree of effluent reduction attainable by the application of the best practicable control technology currently available (BPT):
(a)
Any Alaskan bottom fish processing facility located in population or processing centers including but not limited to Anchorage, Cordova, Juneau, Ketchikan, Kodiak, and Petersburg shall meet the following limitations:

(b)
Any Alaskan bottom-fish processing facility not covered under § 408.202(a) shall meet the following limitations: No pollutants may be discharged which exceed 1.27 cm (0.5 inch) in any dimension.
