37.68—How may a recipient show cause why enforcement proceedings should not be instituted?
A recipient may show cause why enforcement proceedings should not be instituted by, among other means:
(a)
Correcting the violation(s) that brought about the Notice to Show Cause and entering into a written assurance and/or entering into a Conciliation Agreement, as appropriate, under §§ 37.95 through 37.97;
