670.915—When are residential students considered to be in the performance of duty?
Residential students will be considered to be in the “performance of duty” at all times while:
(a)
They are on center under the supervision and control of Job Corps officials;
(b)
They are engaged in any authorized Job Corps activity;
(c)
They are in authorized travel status; or
(d)
They are engaged in any authorized offsite activity.
