§ 49108. Limitations
After March 31, 2010, the Secretary of Transportation may not approve an application of the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority—
(1)
for an airport development project grant under subchapter
I of chapter
471 of this title; or
(2)
to impose a passenger facility fee under section
40117 of this title.
