§ 285q-3. Biennial report
The Director of the Institute after consultation with the advisory council for the Institute, shall prepare for inclusion in the biennial report made under section
283 of this title a biennial report which shall consist of a description of the activities of the Institute and program policies of the Director of the Institute in the fiscal years respecting which the report is prepared. The Director of the Institute may prepare such additional reports as the Director determines appropriate. The Director of the Institute shall provide the advisory council of the Institute an opportunity for the submission of the written comments referred to in section
285q–2
(g) of this title.
