§ 190101. Organization
(a)
Federal Charter.—
Reserve Officers Association of the United States (in this chapter, the “corporation”) is a federally chartered corporation.
(b)
Perpetual Existence.—
Except as otherwise provided, the corporation has perpetual existence.
