§ 6962. State administrative costs
For any fiscal year, a State educational agency may reserve not more than 1.5 percent (2 percent if the State educational agency distributes funds received under this subpart to local educational agencies on a competitive basis) of the amount allotted to such agency under section
6964 of this title to pay the costs of performing such agency’s administrative functions under this subpart.
