§30-4A-3. Presumption of Degree of Central Nervous System Depression.
(1) In any hearing where a question exists as to the degree of central nervous system depression a licensee has induced (i.e., general anesthesia/deep conscious sedation, conscious sedation, anxiolysis, or relative analgesia), the Board may base its findings on, among other things, the types, dosages and routes of administration of drugs administered to the patient and what result can reasonably be expected from those drugs in those dosages and routes administered in a patient of that physical and psychological status.

(2) No permit holder may have more than one person under conscious sedation and/or general anesthesia/deep conscious sedation at the same time, exclusive of recovery.
