Reports.

The office of financial management shall provide an annual progress report to the appropriate committees of the legislature. The office of financial management, in conjunction with the departments of licensing, revenue, and ecology, shall report on the availability of vehicles meeting the standards, the progress of automobile industries in meeting the requirements of the standards, and any other matters relevant to the success of auto-related industries in implementing these requirements.
