65.12.730 - Certificate subject of theft -- Penalty.

Certificate subject of theft — Penalty.

Certificates of title or duplicate certificates entered under this chapter, shall be subjects of theft, and anyone unlawfully stealing or carrying away any such certificate, shall, upon conviction thereof, be deemed guilty of theft under chapter 9A.56 RCW.
