43.83.076 - General obligation bonds -- Legislature may provide additional means of raising revenue.

General obligation bonds — Legislature may provide additional means of raising revenue.

The legislature may provide additional means for raising moneys for the payment of the interest and principal of the bonds authorized herein and RCW 43.83.070 through 43.83.084 shall not be deemed to provide an exclusive method for such payment.
