Authority — Generally.

(1) Each political party organization may:

     (a) Make its own rules and regulations; and

     (b) Perform all functions inherent in such an organization.

     (2) Only major political parties may designate candidates to appear on the state primary ballot as provided in RCW 29A.28.011.
