RCW 15.24.810 and 15.24.812 not exclusive method of payment.

The legislature may provide additional means for raising moneys for the payment of the principal of and interest on the bonds authorized in RCW 15.24.802, and RCW 15.24.810 and 15.24.812 shall not be deemed to provide an exclusive method for the payment of such principal and interest.
