13.32A.095 - Unauthorized leave from crisis residential center -- Notice to parents, law enforcement, and the department.

Unauthorized leave from crisis residential center — Notice to parents, law enforcement, and the department.

The administrator of a crisis residential center shall notify parents, the appropriate law enforcement agency, and the department immediately as to any unauthorized leave from the center by a child placed at the center.
