9.1-208 - Agreements between Department and other agencies.

§ 9.1-208. Agreements between Department and other agencies.

The Department is hereby authorized to enter into agreements with federalagencies, other state agencies, and political subdivisions for servicesrelated to enforcement and administration of laws, rules, or regulations orordinances of such agencies affecting fire safety in public buildings.
