§ 9.1-167. Calculation of adjusted crime index; use.
By January 1 of each even-numbered year, the Department, using the relevantbase year data, shall calculate the adjusted crime index for each city andeach eligible county. Such calculation shall be used for the succeedingfiscal biennium adjusted for annexation as determined by the Department.
