§ 67-501. Use of biodiesel and other alternative fuels in vehicles providingpublic transportation.
The Commonwealth Transportation Board shall encourage the use of biodieselfuel and other alternative fuels, to the extent practicable, in buses andother vehicles used to provide public transportation in the Commonwealth.
