65.2-700 - Jurisdiction of Commission.

§ 65.2-700. Jurisdiction of Commission.

All questions arising under this title, if not settled by agreements of theparties interested therein with the approval of the Commission, shall bedetermined by the Commission, except as otherwise herein provided.
