§ 65.2-1304. Utilization review program.
The Statewide Coordinating Committee shall develop a utilization reviewprogram for services rendered by physicians that are paid for in whole or inpart pursuant to this title. Each regional peer review committee shall haveresponsibility for implementing the utilization review program in its healthsystems area.
