64.1-138 - Effect of marriage of female personal representative.

§ 64.1-138. Effect of marriage of female personal representative.

When an unmarried woman who is a personal representative, either alone orjointly with another, shall marry, her husband shall not be a personalrepresentative in her right and the marriage shall not operate as anextinguishment of her authority.
